As a former Principal of a public elementary school, I have had extensive experience working with Autistic children. Unfortunately, over the years I have also seen the number of students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders grow tremendously. As you may know, about 1 out of 91 children is diagnosed with some form of Autism. This bio-neurological developmental disability has no known cause or standardized treatment and is one of the most under-funded childhood disabilities, despite it's prevalence.

After much thought, I decided to open www.AutismThings.com; a wholesale on-line store. I know how hard finding quality products for fundraisers can be, and I want to help make fundraising easier on groups or individuals of all sizes and budgets. I wanted individuals and organizations to be able to purchase Autism Awareness products on-line at wholesale prices for their fundraising events. To make this possible, I do my best to keep prices as low as I can. For that reason, you will not see a fancy web site or any fancy marketing, just great products a great prices. In fact, in this online world, the majority of my customers still come from word of mouth.

What you will see at AutismThings.com is a simple old fashioned business person (that's me) doing my part to help find a cure for Autism and to help spread Awareness about Autism Spectrum Disorders. We give back a portion of all our profits to help find a cure for autism, so you can feel confident that your purchase isn't just lining someone's pocket. Over the past several years we've given to various Autism non-profit organizations such as the American Society of Autism and the Autism Speaks foundation and with your help we'll be able to continue to do so.

If your group or organization is looking for a specific product that you don't currently see on our website, send me an email and let me know what you're looking for. Over the years we've developed several unique products to meet customer requests including our: "I have Autism" yellow alert bracelet for children and youth "I love someone with Autism" bracelet "Autism Awareness... working together to find the missing piece" bracelet and our popular Autism Skull Cap If you're looking for something special, let us know and we'll help you find it!
